Successful completion of QQI Cullinary Techniques enables the learner to develop the knowledge, practical skills and competences to safely work in a professional kitchen. On completion students will receive a QQI level 4 minor award. Option to complete a full certificate award with QQI Employment Skills 4M0857.

Course Duration:
To achieve a minor award:
This course is a part-time two-day course running on Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30 – 4.30.
To achieve major award:
Full time Monday – Friday 9.30-4.30

Entry is subject to interview
